My entry into CrossFit was after my freshman year of college soccer. I needed motivation to stay fit in the off season to come back stronger the next year. It worked, and I was hooked. I loved how my body changed, I grew strength I never knew I was capable of, and it made me a better, more well rounded athlete on the field. After 7 years of doing CrossFit just for myself, I decided it was time to share my passion with others by becoming a coach. My ultimate goal as a coach at Troy CrossFit is to help others gain the confidence to push through every single workout knowing the work you put in today will set you up for continuous growth tomorrow.
