You must be self motivated to kick the old habits to the curb and be ready to build up some new ones! I will guide you through many aspects of health & fitness in our Facebook Group with daily posts, videos and tasks. Each participant will receive and electronic copy of our 21 Day Fitness Challenge which we recommend printing making it easier to follow along and stay up to date.
