I love love LOVE Troy Crossfit. I’ve been there a year and a half and it’s by far the best CF gym I’ve been to. Owners/coaches Vianney and Derrick put their hearts and souls into the gym and it shows. Troy has amazing programming (always with scaled options), knowledgeable coaches, a very positive and upbeat atmosphere, super friendly community, clean facilities, extra social events, and child sitting. The child sitting is awesome – my toddler always has a great time and we can see each other during the workouts. One of my favorite class rituals is that everyone answers a “question of the day” at the start of each class. Sometimes silly, sometimes serious, but you get to know everyone better and it’s a fun way to start the workout. The gym is not intimidating. I love Crossfit but am not a natural athlete and sometimes doubt my abilities. The coaches are awesome at helping everyone reach their potential, regardless of skill level, and I am so much stronger and fitter because of it. I am so grateful for this gym!
